How does it work?
Request a
Quote from your Local Dealer
Send us the quote for your favorite bike and accessories along with your business details via sales@cyclis.be. You’ll receive the lease quote and agreement within a few business days by email.
Approve the Lease Quote
Sign the Agreement
As soon as we receive the approved documents we will order your dream bike from your chosen bike shop.
Pick up your Bike
at your Dealer
Cyclis will let you know when you can collect your brand new bike. From then on, the lease contract will start.
Manage your leased bike via My.Cyclis*
After picking up your bike, you can request an account for our My.Cyclis tool via login@cyclis.be. In this handy tool, you’ll find an overview of your bike and its associated services.

Our customer service is available 24/7, and you can also visit our large dealer network throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.

Together with you and, if necessary, the social secretariat, we will prepare the bicycle lease plan and the necessary documents.

We inform your colleagues through webinars, events, presentations at your company, promotional material and information brochures. Whatever you want!

The employees cross to the bicycle shop to choose their dream bike. Once chosen, we will provide a tailor-made lease quote.
