Preparation of cycling plan
Together with you and possibly the social secretariat, we will finalise the bike plan and the necessary documents. A bike plan that is legally compliant and clear is what we are all about!
Kick-off-event
Would you like a kick-off event with a local trader and promo material or would you like to inform employees through a webinar? We are happy to organise that.
Ready for take-off!
Employees sprint to a local bike shop for a quote on their dream bike and related accessories. You can easily approve the quote via our tool or that of your payroll secretary. We take care of the rest and inform the employee when the bike is ready. Meanwhile, he receives a cool gift at home.
Easy follow-up in the tool
You can easily manage the entire bike fleet via the portal for HR. Your employees also always have all information to hand via the My.Cyclis tool or via the Apple/Google Wallet.

Interested? Request a quote for your favourite e-bike
Go to a local bike dealer for a quote including accessories. Upload this in My.Cyclis. We will provide you with a lease quote as soon as possible.
Convinced? Confirm the lease offer in the tool
Once we receive approval from your HR, we will order your e-bike from the chosen dealer.
Ready to ride! Pick up your e-bike from the dealer
Cyclis will let you know when you can collect your e-bike from the shop. From then on, your lease contract will start.
