What should I Do in Case of Damage?

If there is damage to the bike, you can make an appointment with your bike shop yourself. When scheduling the appointment, tell them it’s a lease bike from Cyclis Bike Lease and that the insurance is through ENRA.
This information is sufficient for the shop to proceed with the following actions:

– Report the damage and request authorization for repair;

After approval, the bike will be repaired and the shop will submit the invoice for the costs to ENRA. When collecting the bike, you’ll pay any applicable deductible directly at the shop.

Please note: If a third party is involved, you must have a police report filed or complete the European Accident Form. You can use the same form as for cars. Both the police report and the accident form must always include your bike’s frame number.

There is always a deductible of €35 that you settle directly with the bike shop. In case you’re not at fault, the deductible will be refunded after the case is closed.
