What should I do if my bike is stolen?
Contact us immediately. You can do this via info@cyclis.nl or by phone at +31 (0)85 130 6930.
– Report the theft to the Police and get a Police Report. This can be done easily online;
– Collect the 2 original keys for each lock (ring lock and chain lock if applicable) and take a clear photo showing the key numbers clearly visible and readable. The photo must be taken after the bike has been stolen;
– Combine the Police Report and the photo(s) in 1 email and send it to Cyclis, requesting confirmation of receipt.
Cyclis will report the theft to ENRA and coordinate the further procedure. After the waiting period of 14
days has passed, the agreement will be terminated and you are free to enter into a new lease agreement.
