Which Lock Does a Customer Need?

An ART2-approved lock. If the bike has a ring lock, it must be used in combination with a matching steel cable or chain (minimum 5.5 mm diameter) of the same brand that is also ART2-approved. When the bike is left unattended, it must always be locked and secured to a fixed anchor point using the accompanying steel cable or chain.

Note: you must always record the key number on the collection document. In case of bike theft, the customer must provide us with a photo of the 2 keys showing the visible key number, and this key number must match the one on the collection document.
