If you need roadside assistance services, you can call VHD at any time at +31 (0)88 8778044. Keep your Policy / or SO number* handy.

A mechanic will arrive on site as soon as possible to repair your bike or – if that’s not possible – transport you to a location of your choice. This could be your bike dealer or your home. Make sure you are at least 1 km away from your point of departure or destination when requesting assistance. If you have an empty battery, VHD won’t help you.
