How Does the Maintenance Budget Work?

Thanks to this budget, cyclists can have maintenance performed and purchase additional accessories from you. They can track their budget through My.Cyclis and show it to you, so you can immediately see how much they have available.

Customers don’t pay on the spot, as you can invoice us for the amount afterward. We then settle that amount through the maintenance budget.

If they don’t have enough maintenance budget left, they pay the difference directly in the store.
