Which Lock should I Choose?

An ART2-approved lock. If your bike has a ring lock, you must use it together with a separate steel cable or chain (minimum 5.5 mm diameter) that is also ART2-approved.
A plug-in chain or combination lock will not be accepted by the insurance.

Please note:

• • The ART2 lock must be included on the bike’s quote.

• • You must inform us of any changes regarding the key number (e.g., if you buy a new lock and this changes the key number).

• • When leaving the bike unattended, always lock it and secure it to a fixed anchor point using the accompanying steel cable or chain.
