For maintenance, go to the dealer where the bike came from.

If you want to change bike shops for any reason (for example, due to moving), that’s not a problem at all. In that case, just make sure to choose an official dealer of your bike brand and let us know about your choice so we can update it in your file. This is the only way your new bike shop will have access to your lease bike’s information in the Dealer.Cyclis tool.

Note: for warranty cases, you will always need to return to the original bike dealer.
