If interested, they visit their local bike dealer to request a quote including accessories, after which they can convert the simulation into an official lease offer. Within 2-3 business days, they’ll find it in the tool and receive it by email.

You approve the lease offer through the HR.Cyclis tool for HR and employers. As soon as we receive approval, we order the bike. From that moment on, we take care of everything, notify employees by email when their bike is ready, and support them throughout the entire lease period.
